I'm trying to understand how best to use tags as I'd like to develop good habits early on ;-)
I've not been able to find a guide that explains it. I have a few queries:
- in my tag cloud, I have a few tags no longer associated with any rated pages (eg "purple light show"). Is there any way to delete these?
- in my tag cloud, I have both "photos" and "photography" (I've been using "photography" as a topic and "photos" as a tag- is there a better way?)
GENERAL
- what's the difference between a topic and a tag?
- what's the difference between the topic "weblogs" and the tag "blogs", and the topic "photography" and the tag "photos"
- am I correct in my understanding that you can only have one topic for a site and up to 5 tags?
- how do you decide what topics and tags to use on:
(a) a site you discover
(b) a site you review
Sorry for all the questions- just trying to learn ;-)
It would be great to have a few pointers.
