Thanks in advance for the help. I have a photography site, jcurranphotography.com. I've been SU Photoblogging some pictures from my site. Yesterday, I was unable to post them anymore. I'd hit the SU Photoblog button and get the discover page, which I filled out and submitted, but nothing happens. This is true for all pictures on my site. I can Photoblog pictures from other sites just fine, though. I've reinstalled the toolbar and tried in both Firefox and IE with the same results. So, now I'm wondering if there's a limit on photos per site.

The problem you're encountering isn't with photoblogging specifically. There's a limit to the number of times you can thumb pages from the one website, and looking at your page I think you've hit that limit.
The limit was put in place to prevent spammers from flooding SU with pages from the one site. Thumbing large numbers of pages from the one site is considered to be self-promotion under the Terms of Service.
You should have no problem thumbing pages from other sites, or stumbling new content and thumbing that. The limit only prevents you thumbing additional content from that one domain. |

Sponsor | | CastorQuinn | Jan 12, 3:41pm | Miriam, the best strategy would be to stop thumbing your own site, if for no other reason than you will generate a lot of bad responses to your site from people who consider that sort of behaviour to be self promotion and spam (ie most people here at StumbleUpon, who feel very strongly about this).
The exact workings of the spam limit have not been revealed, so as to prevent spammers gaming the system. You're better off just ceasing thumbing your site, and enjoying the stumbles that other people have entered into the system. |

I totally respect SU and don't want to be looked at in a bad light by my fellow stumblers. Admittedly, I joined to promote the photography site, but I'm totally hooked on SU now. I mean 24/7 :-)I've only been posting pictures, not pages and they account for less than 10% of my stumbles. No one's complained. To the contrary, they've enjoyed and stumbled the pics themselves. But, like I said, I'm an SU team player, so no more pics. I did figure out how to continue to add pics through the blog, but I don't want to cheese anybody off.
